After you make an appointment, they send you a survey via email which helped me think about the type of dress I wanted and what my budget was. Trisha was a wonderful consultant! “This was a great experience! I was dreading dress shopping, because my Mom and Grandmothers have recently all passed away. So, I was already emotional and then dealing with a sales person adds extra anxiety onto me. I made an appointment knowing that my wedding was almost 2 years away yet and I had just had bariatric surgery. So, I conversed with Amanda for a day or two about whether or not I could even shop this early. She assured me it was not too early and explained their process for making sure that my measurements would be exact for the wedding day. It sounded like a solid plan, so away I went.

I had Stephanie as my salesperson and she was so genuine and so kind. She made me feel so comfortable and not awkward at all! I really appreciated how real she was, instead of being a “car salesmen”. Now I understand they don’t work on commission, so that’s helpful I’m sure, but she was basically my soulmate and I didn’t even know it. We had tons in common. Her being able to relate to me being plus size and her having been on her own, personal weight loss journey helped reassure me about the process of ordering and when to do it. It really couldn’t have been a better experience and I’m so appreciative for how amazing she was. She made what I thought was going to be a very stressful day for me, super fun and easy!
